There are two seperate home owner associations in our community. If you are a home owner here, you pay dues to both.
There is an overall HOA for all of the Stonebridge Ranch development. They are responsible for the community pools, tennis courts, and landscape of the common areas in the greater Stonebridge area. They are responsible for the perimeter fence around our neighborhood, the "Coronado Village" monument sign, and the landscape bed around the sign. The Stonebridge Ranch HOA offices are located on Virginia near Ridge. There you can get your swimming pool ID.
This HOA is considered the master association.
Coronado Village HOA is responsible for landscape maintenance and mowing in CV, watering of grass and beds in CV and painting of the 21 buildings on a rotating schedule. This HOA is considered the sub-association.
